Our story
One Shop, One Mechanic, No Runaround
Hernandez Auto and Repair has been fixing cars for Visalia drivers with a simple approach: explain the problem, give a fair price, and get it right. Customers come back because the person who looks at their car is the same person who explains what it needs and why.
We work on all makes and models, from routine maintenance to tracking down engine trouble that other shops have guessed at. Every job starts with a real conversation about what's wrong, not just an invoice.
We're proud to serve a community that includes plenty of Spanish speaking customers. Hablamos español, and we make sure every customer leaves understanding exactly what was done to their car.
- Honest, in person diagnosis
- Affordable, fair pricing
- Se habla español
- Same trusted mechanic every visit
What customers say
“The best mechanic I've found. He can always fix it. He is affordable. But most importantly, Nino is honest. He will discuss the issue and give you a solid explanation. A good mechanic is worth his weight in gold.”
“This place is the best in town when it comes to fixing cars. It fills me with pleasure to be able to post a small survey for this place, as my family and I have taken our cars there to be fixed. The owner is the most professional, friendly, respectful, and honest person I have ever met. I have nothing but to say, this is the place where I have taken my three cars; it is the best, and I will do it again without hesitation in case I need it. I totally recommend this place.”
“#1 auto repair in town. Great knowledge and customer service. Hablan español a plus”
